USB device not reconised - G15

Hello Everyone i hope this is the right place to post !

Well i got this Logitech g15 From my uncel and it works on his computer but not on mine.i have plugged it into diffrent ports
restarted installed drivers everything!!!
Only my top buttons and my G bottons work!!!

When i start up i always get this message saying USB device not reconised so i searched and found an few sites , where ppl posted and they have the same problem as me!! for example G15 Not typing on new rig... - Logitech G15 Forums
so i was wondering if someone could help me here

What is the make and model of the keyboard? Have you checked to see if it is compatible with Win 7?

Did you download the requisite drivers from G15 Gaming Keyboard

I have the G13 and it works perfectly. The G13 is a dedicated gameboard similar to the Nostromo parts...
