USB Noise Through Headphones

Hi,
Whenever I have my headphones plugged in into the front panel and then I plug in a USB device I can hear USB working through the headphones. Almost like a little buzzing noise.

I've had a quick look on the net and couldn't find much although someone mentioned something not been grounded properly.

Just wondering how to fix this.

Do you hear noise buzzing in short intervalls? I think it is normal because every soundcard have crossover.

Its whenever data is being transferred. If I just have the USB in its fine but as soon as I transfer a file to the USB it makes the buzzing noise.

I think that is perfectly normal. Better quality soundcard has lower noise. If the sound card is integrated it will have higher noise level.
