uxtheme.dll windows 7 ultimate x64 need

help me after patching theme files computer said uxtheme.dll have bad image i downloaded a uxtheme.dll and place it in system 32 folder but my problem is my taskbar and windows are stuck in classic style.
iam unable to restore or sfc /scannow both of them are not working.
so help me i need valid uxtheme.dll for my laptop.
windows 7 ultimate 64 bit version.
