Video conference software for wireless LAN ?

Hello guys. As the title says I need a software (preferably freeware), that will let me make video calls over the local network (without using an internet), so basically something like Skype, but without have a need to use internet and to be able to make conference video calls (using the IPs of the computers in the network).
Is that possible and how do I get it ?

Thanks for response ) I have tried this software, but it seams to have a problem with webcams all the time. Do you know any other alternative to this,, even it not free! ?

May be you can try the IP Video Conferencing Live, it supports up to 16 members in one conference allow over win32 or linux os. Each member's picture position and size in the final conference frame can be easily configured. Varied video stream formats in one conference are supported. You can give a try.
