Videocard turns off after installing driver

Hello.
My computers spec you can see in the profile.
The problem comes after I install video card drivers and reboot. I see on the screen that windows starts, and than video card turns off. Even coolers do not rotate.
What might be the problem? I tried it with different driver versions, the same result.

You didn't told us if you still can log on to a Windows session or if you have a black screen after windows starts.

Could it be the onboard Graphics overiding the discrete card?
