Visual studio cannot run in compatibility mode

Hello all

I am trying to install MS visual Studio 2010 on my Laptop. When I click the .exe the system pops up a message that 'Visual Studio cannot run in compatibility mode'. Can anyone please help me that what is the problem?
I have removed all the instances of 2008 and half installed 2010 from add and remove section.

Right click the setup.exe and open the properties, click on the Compatibility tab, make sure non of the options are enabled, click OK and re-run it.

All the check boxes are unchecked but I am getting the same message
