Recently I have started receiving e-mails from "[email protected]"saying I have a message to read.How can I stop this unwanted service which I have never asked for.

Junk email (spam) box is your friend

Funny you should say that because when I receive these e-mails the "Junk Box" always reads "Not Junk" so I am unable to use that option.
