welcome screen not displayed

Hello everybody
i am ahmad and this is my first post
i have a problem in my laptop os, i installed windows 7 and when restart windows
welcome screen not displayed unless i press power button to show the screen ,
i mean that windows was be in sleep mode and i should to press power button to display the screen
i was trying to remove log in screen but not solved
there is one user as admin at windows
i need help

Reset your Windows settings to default, and see if that fixes it?
