WerFault error..

i have been experiencing werfault errors on almost every application that I used and no matter what I tried nothing helps.. So far i have tried to restore it to earlier date, no changes, then i tried to disable WerFault.exe Error Reporting and I am still getting the that same error. I also tried running Memtest86 and no errors.

Do I need to reformat m laptop or purchase a new HDD/

I don't like reg cleaners with windows 7 to be honest without specific knowledge about the registry you're likely to do more harm than good with them.

Werfault.exe

I ONLY receive this error when I add or remove something?? Why does this happen? This is not the first time I had this problem, when it was brand new I had that error so I reformatted it and it went away, but no it is back.. Do i need to replace the HDD or a new disc?
