I'm torn. I loved Firefox for years but then I started using Chrome for Google Wave. It ran better in Chrome.
Chrome seemed blindingly fast compared to FF and after a while, when they released the addons so I could do everything I could in FF, I made it my default:o
At a friends suggestion I'm now trying Opera 10.6.
I can feel myself getting drawn towards it. I've got this whole transparency theme going on with it and I'm getting to like some of the features.
If anything it feels faster than Chrome and if I log on to FF 3.8 it feels like I'm in treacle these days.
Every time I log into Opera I get the choice and I can feel myself wavering.
I'm just a loverat when it comes to browsers I guess.;)

Yes, unfortunately...
Personally i'm just bored because of the Real player plug-in missing (& downloadhelper is really not so good...)
I can't configure Personas anymore but the last one i set is still active.

Anyway, 3.6.8 is still installed so if i need... :D

Edit : since it's been updated to beta2, even "downloadhelper" is no longer available...

Surely one day i'll change my mind, have tried Chrome & Opera as well, but maybe frightened by the unknown...

Try Ice Weasel for Windows! I actually grabbed the last version of Netscape that will be seen since that browser will be discontinued. Avant is another one being looked at While Ice Weasel is one of two seen in the Knoppix live distros there mainly until recently the Windows version was released.

I was surprized still seeing the site up! Welcome to Netscape! But when trying to compile a complete list of Windows compatible browsers the information on the most recent 9.0 release came up.

All official support ended a few years ago however. "Official support ended on March 1st, 2008." seen at the Netscape Archive page with links seen there for Flock as well as FF, TBird, and unfortunately some crap toolbars nobody wants! :rolleyes:

All releases from the 4.78 up until the last 9.0 are still available for download on the older releases page. Software Releases :: The Netscape Archive

I personally use Google Chrome( version 13 beta) , lightning fast and has all the add-ons I used to use on firefox.
