Avast web rep, free download manager, googletoolbar, and java console, have ditched googletoolbar, and a couple of other add ons that i rarely used, but compatabilty reported and fixed the others, and firefox is running well now so all good.
Google Toolbar for FF5 and all later has been discontinued. You don't need the Java Console unless you are a developer, all java sites like youtube will still work ok with it disabled. Avast Webrep is an interesting issue, they dance all around it on the Avast forums, but Nightly Tester Tools, or Compatibility Reporter will force it to work, and it does work fine. Free Download Manager was also broken by FF4, and FF5 apparently, the suggestion is to use Flashgot. As far as I know, these will all work when compatibility is forced. This is a bad move by FF, and I believe it will hurt them if they continue down this path. I am happy with Opera
