What in the ??? happened??

When i click on my admin account it says ''user profile service service stopped.Can not log on to account.etc,So what do i do ...I go to guest account and find most of my programs over there. Now when i go to cmd promt it reads 'C:\Users\Guest>_
No matter what command i put in guest stays there.If i try to run as administrator it says can not find system 32 ?had some luck with safe mode but always switches back to guest. and system restore won't work in safe mode. Under profiles i had three accounts 1.default administrator,2reg., admin., account and 3 guest account guest was under [temp i think but my main account had backup after it. Does this sound familiar to anyone. how do i add a user account becauuse even with admin permission it won't do anythingi press manage another account ...get permission it does nothing? what do i do?
i forgot it's a windows7 home premium on a acer aspire 5532 laptop...with 64/32 bit

Did you do an upgrade install?
If not do a complete virus scan
Download and make a full scan with malwarebytes.

A full scan with malwarbytes and a full scan with your antivirus would take at least 2 hours
Where did you get Windows. Did you install, if so how? Did it come with the computer?

it's an acer aspire 5532 laptop...with an amd athlon 64 bit processor and came with windows7 home premium ,160 GB HDD with 3 GB memory.' --st buy' did not give me a windows 7 disk with it so i don't know if i can fix this. if not i'll just stay on guest account untill the day comes when i can get a new pc. I will never pay ''whoever'' [if you know i mean!!] another dime to fix there programs or hardware or whatever ,or redownload windows 7 with a new disk i have to buy...etc.!!!HA , yeah,right. no problem!.....lol...thanks for your input

If you have no DVD, you computer probably has a restore partition. By hitting a certain f key during boot you can return to factory specs. It will be a new install, just like the day your brought it home. Your documents will be gone as well as all the programs you installed.

I think this is how it is done

Turn computer on.
When the Acer logo is on screen at start up hold Alt and repeatedly press F10.
You will need a password if you have ever run Acers erecovery program before you would have been asked to create a password.
If you have never run Acers erecovery management the default password is "000000" six zeros.
Select Factory from the top of the list or if you have made any user backup points select one of them .

try a local computer shop...get a OEM disk...use key tag to do a repair install
