What is CLR error 800700e

When I boot up my laptop this morning, it pops up this message "CLR error: 800700e The Program will be terminate"

What is that?

Not a known error. Work through these Troubleshooting Steps for Windows 7 to check the logs for clues, especially at time of error, use System Resources to search for solutions, establish a Clean Boot to see if it resolves. If not continue with the rest of the steps.

I found it. It turns out the Dolby software crashed.
