Currently my system specs are

250GB (2 SSD's Raid 0 - OS WIN7)
450GB (5 SSD's Raid 0)
32GB RAM
i7 3770K
Corsair Hyrdro GFX (980Ti 3GB liquid cooled)
---------------------------------------------

I need a solution to the performance issues I am having. I have tried VirtualBox and VMWare and both I experience performance issues when playing a simple flash game. This adobe flash player game is a target that moves across the screen and lags/stutters frequently. The lag only appears when I am in a virtual machine for both programs listed above.

I've tried the guest additions install which helps on both, but there is still apparent lag. I have google searched for 2 months now trying to find a solution to the lag but I can't seem to fix it. It seems as if there is a limitation within VMWare and VBox.

When I am OFF the virtual machine and just on my Windows 7, there is zero lag and the game plays extremely smooth.

My question is:
Is it possible to have dual boot setup to (15 x Windows 7 installs) where I can select which one I want to load from? and can I change the name to say WIN-1, WIN-2, WIN-3, etc....

How would I go about doing that?
...or maybe you have a solution to my virtual machine issue
