What is this theme?

So I saw this guy's desktop yesterday and it looked really neat. I can't shake the feeling of wanting the same desktop as him. I tried asking him but I got no response.

So here I am now, asking you guys what theme this is, if it even is a theme.

I tried painting what I saw, but since I'm not the best at paint this is all I could get..

As you can see there were honey cone forms at the bottom, I think those were used as icons for programs.

I'm sorry for being so vague, but I'm doing the best I can

Both of you aren't getting it. I don't want the wallpaper, I just randomly picked one. I need the theme that changed the regular windows taskbar 'n stuff into those honey cones sorta thing.

That possibly could be RocketDock.
With some honeycomb icons.

Can you remember where you saw this Desktop/Theme and post a link so we can start figuring out what exactly this guy may had been using.
You may find it was a mix of Software's/Themes
