Hi see what is running,
Use Clean boot,

Click Start and type in the search box,
msconfig
Click on the suggestion on top or hit the Enter key,
Go to the Startup section and take some screen shots for a complete list,
Go to the Services section and on the bottom left Check the box to Hide All Microsoft services,
Repeat the screen shots,

Hi,

I tried to do what you told me but just in the beginning, when I tried In the General tab to select Selective Startup, and uncheck the Load Startup Items box when I press Apply button Load Startup Items box comeback checked.
I'm not able to uncheck Load Startup Items box. Is there any solution to solve this?

Happy New Year zungul -

Looks like the Windows index is corrupt. Try deleting the index and rebuilding it:

1. Start > Control Panel > All Control Panel Items
2. Click on Indexing Options.
3. Click the Advanced button.
4. In the Index Settings tab click the Rebuild button then the dialog box OK button.

You return to the Indexing Options window and the index will start the rebuild process.

When it finished the text at the top of the window will say "X items indexed" and "Indexing complete".

1. Click the Close button. You return to the Control Panel.
2. Close the Control Panel.
3. Close all other open applications.
4. Reboot.

Let us know what happens upon reboot.

I did what you said ( it took really long time) but after reboot again I've got this message.

OK...so I followed the hyperlink listed in your log (Event xmlns="http://schemas.microsoft.com/win/2004/08/events/event") and this is what came up:

The resource you are looking for has been removed, had its name changed, or is temporarily unavailable.

This will be "interesting" to track down! I hope others will also take up the challenge.
