What programs do I need?

I've been experiencing a slower computer lately and didn't know what startup programs were not necessary and useless and those that are essential and useful. I also had the same questions for services too. The screenshots are the attachments and I want to know what are useful and essential and what should go.

You need no startup programs at all - Zero. If and when a program is needed, it will be loaded when it is needed.

I disabled all start ups. How about services? What should be kept running?
