whats it mean when HDD is beeping?

Probably defective or not spinning correctly in the computer.

Did you test the drive in a dock on another system, and now you are trying to boot from it and you are getting beeps?
If the sound is clearly beeps then they stop it is most likely a bios boot error. Again if it's clearly a series of beeps that stop and nothing else happens then you'll need to give use more details on your system and what's on the hard drive to help further. My first step would be to make sure that the video card didn't get knocked loose when you installed the hard drive.

It might also help to have the exactly dot-dash pattern of the beep, and the type of BIOS that your system has.
