I agree. See if you can get O2 (which is what I use). My package is rated upto 8Mb/sec, although I typically get 4Mb/sec due to the distance from the exchange. It only costs me £12.50 per month.

This is the best where I am.
We have one provider and three speeds.
Slow which I have.
Slower.
Dial Up.

Wi-Fi/ cell phone? You need a cell tower for that.

These speed tests are not so accurate. When selecting various locations they will vary due to the usage of other people online. When selecting cities try various locations and you will also see a variety of speed.
