Nearly getting what I am paying for
With virgin 20Mb you should be getting 2Mb upload speed now if they have rolled it out to your area yet. Unplug the modem wait 10 seconds and plug it back in was the instructions I got yesterday by email, although it looked like I already had it for a few days.
