AMD drivers seem to get a little bit lower scores, at least for what I've seen with DDR3.

No, that's an excellent score for 4 gigs of ram. It's a very good score for more ram than that.

here is mine how do you all get such good speeds....

Most of the good numbers you see are desktops, with fast ram (and often lots of it), and good CPUs (with great memory controllers). A lot of us have 1600MHz and faster ram, and fast CPU's. I'm sure your laptop is plenty good

Four, one 4GB and three 2GB DIMMs. Varies wildly though.
