When installing windows 7 in last phase i get blue screen

I have windows 7 home premium original dvd with serial number.
My laptop is hp pavilion dv6 with 8gb ram.

I start the windows 7 installation and then it's getting to the end to the last step: complete installation.
And then when it finish this last step i'm getting a blue screen i could see at the bottom it count numbers to 100 with some memory dump message but the blue screen moved fast.

Is there any place on the hard disk i'm using now safe mode i can see a file/s with this error some log of this blue screen so i can upload the file/s to here and someone maybe can see what is the problem ?

I must say that yesterday on same laptop i installed windows 8.1 pro and it didn't show any blue screen and everything was fine. Only on the windows 7 now i'm getting the blue screen and also in the end of installation when it's doing the complete step.

UPDATE:

I can't get in using safe mode since the installation not finished so i get error say i need to restart the laptop to finish the installation but then this blue screen again when it's getting to the last installation step.

The strange thing is that on windows 8.1 pro it didn't show any blue screen and no errors while installation and after installed.

Ok, I'm trying to install again and i will try to take a photo of the blue screen with my camera.
Now it's doing:

Copying Windows files: Passed ok

Exapnding Windows files: Passed ok

Installing Featuers: Passed ok

Installing Updates: Passed ok

Completing Installation: Failed blue screen

This is the blue screen i'm getting. Since i can't get in to the hard disk with safe mode this is all the information i can get:

I also have to mention that yesterday i installed a new hardware a new hard drive to my laptop the old one just finished his life. And yesterday i also did a test for the hard disk and the test passed fine.

But now i'm getting this blue screen and again only in windows 7 with windows 8 i'm not getting any blue screen.

I'm now in the laptop bios menu:
The memory test and it passed: ok.
The hard disk self test passed: ok.

But i'm not sure how good this tests are in the laptop bios.

I will run now memtest86 boot cd to see if there are any errors.
But still i don't understand why in windows 8 everything is working fine and with windows 7 i'm getting the blue screen.

EDIT: I didn't notice that it was a boot BSOD, it is most likely due to a bad DVD.
