Where to find EOL Warning

In what Folder would I find the Windows 7 EOL Warning so I can use as my Wallpaper lol! I can't find it.

Lot's of help articles have a copy of that, right-click on it and save the image. For example, here's one from the How-To Geek.

That's not the one I want, I'll keep looking. I don't know if what I want to do is even possible. I think I will try right clicking on it next time it comes up and find file location.

C >> Windows >> System32> EOSNOTIFY

you can try running it then grab-it

or try the Scheduled task that was created by the KB
at local tasks >> Microsoft >> Windows >> setup

(i dissabled it)

Sometimes, one can use a 3rd party screen capture utility, save it as a BMP or JPG. Then if saved as JPG, convert to BMP -- I think W7 still uses BMP as wallpaper.

No, the standard wallpapers supplied with W7 are .JPG, and a .PNG works too.

Thanks everyone, I will get it somehow now. Either Right Clicking on it to Open File Location or just taking a screenshot of it.

tourchwood, I'm hesitant to Run the application, though I did click and double click on it and nothing happened, but did not choose run as admin as that has gotten me into trouble before.

How would I go about a screenshot when I have no access to tools? I've never had good luck with prnt screen, and I forget where it puts pics like this?

Download the attached .zip. It contains a *.jpg.webp file. Just rename it to *.jpg.

But its the same EoL notice as the one in the articles I gave you links for earlier. Apparently "these are not the droids EoL notification you are looking for".
