Have you done a disk cleanup with the windows tool or with CCleaner?

I'm not sure I'd try deleting stuff directly from AppData.

Have you uninstalled unneeded programs?

I regularly delete Temp Files from Computer > C > Users > {name} > App Data > Local >Temp
via...
Start > Run > % temp% > Ok > Organize > Select all > Organize > Delete.
Note some files may NOT be able to be deleted but will ask you to SKIP them.
QED.

BTW Re Registry Cleaners...
If you do not have knowledge of the registry, then you would probably be better off leaving it alone, and definitely not placing blind trust in a program to do the job for you.

Ccleaner is a reliable program to use. I think many people have been using it just fine. Can't say for other apps though.

Personally I am using it to clean up my network PCs regularly. Coupled with MyDefrag, my job is easier. :)

Some thoughts of the top =

Have you tried simple things setting a custom (smaller) size for the Recycle Bin ?

Is your drive partitioned? Have you tried expanding the size of your system drive partition wth Disk Manager or similar apps?

Do you have other drives/partitions on the computer that you can, for example set as the destination for IE temp files?

Have you gone thorugh all your application directories to looke for temp files that get created from installs and updates?

One folder in particular is notorious for growing unchecked, namely
C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution\Download
This is where all the downloaded Windows updates since the beginning of time land (before they're installed), and they just keep on piling up.
It's perfectly safe to delete the contents of this folder, and there won't be any functional impact from doing so.
