Which motherboard is better?

So i planing to buy this motherboard: Newegg.com - ASRock B75 PRO3 LGA 1155 Intel B75 HDMI SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX Intel Motherboard
But then i found this motherboard:Newegg.com - ASRock H77 Pro4-M LGA 1155 Intel H77 HDMI SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 Micro ATX Intel Motherboard

So which is better?
The cpu im going with is :Newegg.com - Intel Core i3-2120 Sandy Bridge 3.3GHz LGA 1155 65W Dual-Core Desktop Processor Intel HD Graphics 2000 BX80623I32120

I was looking at both of those motherboards just yesterday.
Asrock likes putting the SATA ports at 90 degrees at the edges, don't they?

- The H77 supports RAID 0, 1, 5, and 10. If you don't plan on using RAID this is irrelevant.
- The B75 has more SATA ports. Plan on using a lot of hard drives?
- The H77 has 3 PCIE 3.0/2.0 16x slots, but the B75 only 1 PCIE 3.0 16x slot, and 1 PCIE 2.0 16x slot.

I'd go with the H77, as it has more SATA ports, it takes up less space, the RAM can be O/C'd to 2200MHz in future (if you upgrade your processor), and you can run 3-way CrossfireX. There really isn't a whole lot of difference between them. I do think you should see what others say as well, though, before making a decision.
