You could try a system restore to before the patches and see if everything works correctly. I would definately do a virus scan first though. <-- as suggested by others here

I scanned my computer with malware and after that with my scanner but nothing's found... I'll come back to this when I get the message again. 
'cause I clicked the 'OK' button and nothing happens... If I get the message again I probably will do a system restore. Thanks guys!
