Why Can't I Copy & Paste Pictures in Outlook?

I USED to be able to find a picture online and then right click and copy it, then paste it in an email using Outlook (Hotmail Outlook).

NOW for some reason it doesn't work! Then only way is to go the the source page and select all (Ctrl +a)and THEN paste it in! However, the source page may have other data (like text, other pics, etc.) and then it copies everything.

Any tips of WHY this stopped working like this?

Running windows 7 btw.
