Why cant windows set up home group

I had "Home Group" on my computer and windows said " can't find a home group on this network, so I deleted it and tried to redo it now is says" windows can't set up home group on this computer"....with no reason?

Hello auskara123.. restart computer and go to Control Panel , Network and Sharing Center and retry ..
