Solved why does windows always updating almost everyday??

why does windows 7 always updating almost everyday?? and it takes a lot a lot of memory on my drive and makes my internet connection slow. i just wanna ask if these updates are essential for my computer coz i dont see any difference on the performance of my computer after installing these updates. and why does it takes a lot of memory where in the first it is only an update?
while doing this, my computer is downloading a 100mb plus update again but i just downloaded a 300mb plus update lately i think it is 3 or 4 hours from now.

i'm running a windows 7 home premium 64b.. and it is pre installed on my computer

Unfortunately this is a result of the world that we live in - there are all sorts of bad people who are constantly trying to steal your money or Identity or both.

Due to the fact that windows has to work with all sorts of hardware and software it is designed to be flexible - as other programs and hardware evolve Windows needs to evolve too. There are also occasions where a bug will be in the code that does not reveal itself for some time

Microsoft issue a monthly update to Windows and it's major applications, Office Etc. This is known as patch Tuesday but if a major critical error or vulnerability is found this may be fixed outside this regular update schedule.

If you wish you can control when the updates are applied so that they take place when you are not actually using the system

well i trust windows but i just really wonder why updating almost everyday . anyway tanks bud!
