3GB of your 7GB won't be used on a 32-bit OS. We need more system info but I suspect mismatched memory modules is causing part of the problem.

Sysinternals ProcessExplorer can be used to determine what is running. I don't remember if it can save a snapshot or not.

With 7 gb of ram the motherboard is probably in single channel mode instead of dual channel mode.

You've been asked multiple times for details on your system and have not provided them.
For all we know, you have a weak processor and your PC is performing very well given that it has a weak processor. If that's true, you need to upgrade the processor.
But we don't know any of that for sure because you are keeping the details a secret known only to yourself.
