Why my Laptop Processes stay high

Hi,
I want to know what could be the reason for it. It always stay around 80% to 90% even I have only running one application. My CPU is stay on very low and memory as well.

Nearly all OEM PCs are loaded (down) with what we call crapware. This includes utilities that offer no more functionality than what's included with Windows to begin with. Some of these run all the time and do nothing but give you irritating reminders to do something or buy something. You don't give specs on your PC but a good place to see what's running is Task Manager. From there you can also check Performance details.

Right click the Task Bar, select Start Task Manager.

Thank you for your help, you have direct me to right direction. I have remove some program from my computer that bring the processes down, now it is on 60%. I will find some more to remove but right now I am not sure may be those require to run computer.
