wide screen on laptop after update install

After installing updates and restarting laptop the display has become oversized and wide not being contained on the screen. Icons have also moved. Unable to adjust in the resolution settings.

Double check your DPI settings to make sure it's set to 100% (96 DPI) to see if that may what's causing this for you.
