WiFi Is On But No Connections Appear

Look at these pictures. You can clearly see that my Wifi is on, on my laptop but it does not pick anything up. All my phones, tablets and desktop PC pick up both WiFi and cable connection to the router. Why the hell is this happening? No matter what I do, (including a format), I have no internet connection on this laptop. It does turn on after I do a fresh install of the drivers but then reverts to this rubbish.

Please someone help. This is driving me crazy. What have Microsoft done? It worked before I updated.

My last resort is a failure. I guess buy a new gaming laptop for the road. This forum use to be great and now you barely get help.
