Will I be able to run this game on a decent price PC?

I want to run a specific game (but only very few people play it since it's an indie title). This game also involves 3D graphics.

The game is pretty mild as far as requirements go, any mid PC should run it at decent pace... 30 to 60 FPS

I don't see anywhere where it says you need a 3D GPU but investing a few hundred bucks on a decent 3D GPU should do the trick. Now, being said that... wouldn't you also need a 3D monitor and decent 3D glasses?
