Nope. Wont run on vista or Win 7 Except in a virtual xp machine. Replaced by windows mail/windows live mail.

The last release of Outook Express was intended for Windows XP SP3.

Windows Live Mail works great. I've been using it since Windows 7. I've got thee accounts on it. It does what OE did and more. You (or he) can download it here.

Thanks for the posts. I'm going to his house this morning and see if I can migrate his OE to Windows Live Mail.
