Solved win 10 registration

I have a reconditioned laptop originally win 7, but came with win 10, with a digital licence. But It keeps locking or gets black screen now, So I would like to put a new ssd in. And clean intall win 10
If I do how do I register with the win 10 digital licence.

The pc has the digiatal licence so just do a clean install if it asks for a key skip it will activate from MS servers with no problems
