Win 7 home premium cannot log on HELP!

I am unable to log on to my windows account to get into my computer.
When I type my password in it comes up with
'The user profile service service failed the login, user profile cannot be loaded'

How do I log on if I I only have 1 account?
Help me please?!?!?
