win 7 problems. Hanging and BSD

Hi peeps, thankyou for the readover. Yep i am pretty pc smart but so that i can fathom this one.

I had the standard issue Acer for about 6 months and it started freezing...once per day...then it ran fine for the rest.

1 year on...its still doing it but today i got the BSD.

here is the problem dump.
