Win 7 Ultimate 64-bit, PC wont goto sleep

I have windows set on the "Balanced" power plan but the PC never goes to sleep, However the monitor always goes into standby at the specified time. Is there anything I can do to fix this? Thanks.

i7 920 @ 3.2ghz / Gigabyte EX58-UD3R
6GB Corsair DDR3 1600
EVGA GTX 260 / 216 Core Superclocked edition
RealtekHD audio (onboard)
Win7 64bit Ultimate.

Hmm yea that thread is related to HD activity issues which im not having a problem with...

Thanks for some reason all I had to do was click restore default settings for this plan and it started going to sleep normally now, All I had changed before was the monitor standby time and hardrive powerdown times.

Interesting. I have changed my monitor standby time and had drive power down times and I have no problems.
