After you uninstalled the programs that needed to be removed . Please download a new FRST.exe below and rerun the FRST.exe and upload the new FRST.txt

   Note

Delete the old FRST.txt file before you run the tool

There are a number of problems the current installation.
Most notable are
A default Key
The vbs problem
The file mismatch

All should point to a counterfeit install - but it may still be genuine underneath all the cr#p. Plrase post more details.

So what we can do if we can't run any program either at normal or safe boot?

What can i do?

If i run the kaspersky rescue 10 does it clean this virus or not?

Can anyone tell me a simple guide to COMPLETELY REMOVE THIS VIRUS without need to make a format to the system.
