Win 7 Update Fail 800f0900 - CheckSUR results help

Working with some folks in the office, I've got one user that I believe closed their box during the update process. Bottom line I can no longer get her box to update and it fails with the error number above.

I've worked through sfc, MS fix-its and the whole 9 yards.

CheckSUR is what points out the problem. But I'm not confident in how to proceed further. The last thing I want to do is dig the hole deeper!

Advice, pointers, how-to's would be greatly appreciated.

I've uploaded a file - kkhaa.zip - to my OneDrive at Noel's OneDrive
Please download and save it.
Right-click on the downloaded file, and select Extract all…
Extract to the default location - which will create a new folder kkhaa in the same place.
Open this folder - there should be one folder inside it (Packages)

Copy the content of the Packages folder to the folder
C:\Windows\Temp\CheckSur\Servicing\Packages


Now run the CheckSUR tool again (it may take a while)

Post the new CheckSUR.log file, and the CheckSUR.persist.log file.

I downloaded the kkhab.zip package and ran through the process.
I've also attached the latest round of information from the CheckSUR log files.

Misc. Note:
1.) The files from the kkhaa package were still over in the C:\Windows...Packages directory. I left them in place
2.) I added the files from the kkhab package to the one in C:\Windows...Packages directory.
3.) The CheckSUR tool was rerun. I do not know if the package files interfered with one another.

Postscript:
I've cleared the C:\windows.... Packages directory of all files and copied Just the kkhab files back into the c:\windows...Packages directory. I'm currently rerunning the CheckSUR tool. I'll update status here after the tool completes this run with just the kkhab files.

Odd - the earlier run had the 'language-neutral' file as being broken, while these last two have the 'en-US' file broken.
This type of running error is sometimes caused by hardware problems - with RAM or the HD usually.

Let's try and fix the new problem anyhow - see what we get...
