Well, i've bought a new computer, and i'm setting up for some personal use, also made a new account for my kid, who would be using it for video game use only......

I setup the account and set it to GUEST type of account, and tested out (its not suppose to let guests to install apps right?) to see if the guest account can install programs and such.... and turns out it still can!!!!!!!!!!!

so my question is... how do i lock out the guest account from installing any programs and junks?

thanks in advance !

Don't worry about applications being installed. Unless you changed it the guest account can only affect itself. So you can easily revert every change and application install by deleting the guest's user directory. Viruses and other malware will be useless and only drive the guest account nuts, but easily fixed.
