Please provide this information so we can provide a more complete assessment of your issues: http://www.sevenforums.com/crashes-debugging/96879-blue-screen-death-bsod-posting-instructions.html

Perfmon /report shows issues with your Virtual Box network adapters. Please uninstall them from your system. Feel free to reinstall them once the system is made stable again.

Here's the NTSTATUS report of the error:
Code:
[COLOR=#000000][FONT=Times New Roman][LEFT][COLOR=#333333][FONT=georgia]// MessageId: STATUS_REGISTRY_IO_FAILED
//
// MessageText:
//
// An I/O operation initiated by the Registry failed unrecoverably. The Registry could not read in, or write out, or flush, one of the files that contain the system's image of the Registry.
//
#define STATUS_REGISTRY_IO_FAILED        ((NTSTATUS)0xC000014DL)[/FONT][/COLOR][/LEFT][/FONT][/COLOR]

I/O errors commonly mean that there's a hardware problem. Since this is happening on boot, I have to strongly suspect your hard drive. Please run the free, bootable hard drive diagnostics here: HD Diagnostic
If the hard drive is dead/dying you MUST backup your stuff IMMEDIATELY. There's no telling when it will stop booting into Windows for you - and that will make recovery much more difficult (and expensive!).

The following info is just FYI, I've already addressed the issues that I saw in the above paragraphs

I understand that you can make images using tools like Acronis True Image - but would have to wonder about problems with it because of the problems with the hard drive.

I'd suggest starting another topic for advice about cloning the hard drive in the General Discussions forum.
