Window 7 audio not working please help !!

1. Abnormal input/output
1.1 There is yellow question mark before the audio device in Device Manager
1.1.1 Please install the patch "MICROSOFT UAA Function Driver for High Definition Audio" for the
OS firstly
1.1.2 Re-install the audio driver to have a try
1.2 There is yellow exclamation mark before the audio device in Device Manager
1.2.1 Un-install all the drivers related to the audio device，firstly, please install the patch
"MICROSOFT UAA Function Driver for High Definition Audio" for the OS
1.2.2 Restart the PC, if the problem still persists, please recover the system or re-install the OS and
load the latest driver for the audio device to have a test
1.3 The audio device could not be recognized in Device Manager
1.3.1 Load BIOS default, make sure the onboard audio function is enabled in BIOS
1.3.2 Re-install a new clear OS to test again
1.4 No output or input from the rear panel
1.4.1 Adjust the settings in Audio control panel
1.4.2 Update the Audio driver
1.4.3 Change the Audio device, like MIC, earphone, speaker
1.5 No output or input from the front panel
1.5.1 Please check if there is any output/ input from the rear panel, if not, please do some
troubleshooting as the step 1.4
1.5.2 Change to [AC97] mode in BIOS if the front panel module is AC97
1.5.3 Adjust the settings in Audio control panel
1.5.4 Check if the front panel is connected correctly
1.5.5 Change another chassis front panel connector for a try
2. Abnormal sound
2.1 Sound is low
2.1.1 Adjust the settings in Audio control panel
2.1.2 Close some sound resource which is not used for a while, such as SPDI/F, MIC
2.1.3 Update the audio driver
2.1.4 Change the Audio device, like MIC, earphone, speaker
2.2 With noise
2.2.1 If caused by the magnetic field, keep it far away to have a test
2.2.2 Adjust the settings in Audio control panel
2.2.3 Close some sound resource which is not used for a while, such as SPDI/F, MIC
2.2.4 Update the audio driver
2.2.5 Change the Audio device, like MIC, earphone, speaker

nope its just the white noise only even i play music and games....

the sound is on all the time. Yes i have tried other set of speakers/headphones still no good

device manager i think click on the sounds icon and see what devices you have i may of disabled one yesterday
