Every time I right click on a icon Window Installer will Pop-Up? And it will say:

"The feature you are trying to use is on a network resource that is unavailable."
Click OK to try again, or enter an altemate path to a folder containing the installation package
'nero.express.msi' in the box below.

I don't have nero? and this does this for every icon I click on ! I can not even install any programs with out having a error or failure installation.

:cry:

How to troubleshoot issues with Windows installer service

Sounds like an installation corrupted by factory bloatware (Nero). These programs can cause problems even after uninstall until the OS is reinstalled without the crapware.

This is why most tech enthusiasts will not run factory pre-installed WIn7 but instead choose to Clean Reinstall - Factory OEM Windows 7.

Everything you need is in the blue link. In your case be sure to delete all partitions during the booted Custom Install, using the drive options shown at steps 7 and 8 of Clean Install Windows 7.

ya I think I put this thread in the wrong forum , This not for installing Windows 7 OS .
{This can be move to the correct thread thanks.}
This happen when I click on any icon in my Window 7 OS , I think that "window installer is not working proper" an my OS is a Full Version of Win 7 not OEM
. I have all on MS Disk even SP1

Sorry for misunderstanding what you posted.

You might see if doing a system restore at boot using a restore point (if available) dated before this happened may be able to undo and fix this for you.
