Help Needed !

My system specs :

Intel Pentium(R) Dual-Core CPU E5300 @ 2.60 GHz each
2GB DDR2 Ram (Will install another 2GB ram)
Two slots for Ram
32-bit Windows 7 ultimate

Attached image gives you detailed info.
My aim is to put a 64 bit system. I know that 32 bit uses only 3.50GB of ram. But can I put 64 bit system with 4GB of ram.

Yes you can installe x64 on your PC.

From MS site, system requirement for Win 7.

If you want to run Windows 7 on your PC, here's what it takes:

1 gigahertz (GHz) or faster 32-bit (x86) or 64-bit (x64) processor

1 gigabyte (GB) RAM (32-bit) or 2 GB RAM (64-bit)

16 GB available hard disk space (32-bit) or 20 GB (64-bit)

DirectX 9 graphics device with WDDM 1.0 or higher driver
