Windows 7 all exe files fail

One day, I found that this eyp.exe was running on my computer which is some sort of win 7 protection? I deleted this and I noticed that all my exe isn't working anymore.
For example, if I open firefox, it will open the open with. And even I click the right one, it still doesn't open. So the only way to execute anything is right click and run as admin. I know I had this issue on Vista but window 7 never had this issue for me until few days ago.

I've tried to google but most of them don't really fix or explain well enough to understand the steps. Please let me know if you have ever run into this problem and have solved it.

This is a 'Backdoor' Trojan that monitors user activities to obtain valuable personal information.

They should be changed by using a different computer and not the infected one, if not an attacker may get the new passwords and transaction information.
Banking and credit card institutions should be notified of the possible security breech.
