Windows 7 Auto shut down

I have Acer Aspire 3735 Laptop (Intel core 2 Due processor 2GHz, 3GB DDR2). I installed Windows 7 64bit (real thing not RC). It works great in all aspects except for intermittent and irregular auto shutdown. The laptop just shuts down for no reason. It is not heating up more than usual.Do I need to do anything to the Bios or is 64bit too much for my modest laptop.

Go to Start and type in "msinfo32.exe" (without the quotes) and press Enter
Save the report as an .nfo file, then zip it up and upload/attach the .zip file with your next post.

That may give us some info on why this is occurring.

Here is the info file. Yesterday laptop was on all day with no problem. Today stopped twice .

No events listed after November 1, 2009 that I saw - what happened that day?
No particular pattern of events that I could see either.
Have you scanned for viruses?

I'd suggest first running the Windows7 Upgrade Advisor: http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/...90-7659-4bd9-9e51-2497c146af15&displayLang=en

Then, if the problems continue, I'd suggest a clean install of Windows 7 (with no additional programs/drivers installed - but all Windows Updates done).

You don't need 64-bit for 3GB of RAM, and use driver sweeper for most of your drivers if you update them.
