Windows 7 Basic Problem

Hello,i have been using windows 7 for some time,and i have been using the basic theme,and when i use it when i drag the some apps it glitches i dont really know how to say it but it looks like duplicate windows opened and it dissapears i dont know how to fix this

when i drag a window,it like i dont know how to explain but when i use windows 7 basic,sometimes if i close programs the window stays there and on the taskbar it is closed,i dont know how to fix this,when i drag a windows fast it like glitches

I have a similar problem from time to time, I will listen in and learn what others indicate solution.

It sounds like the OS has become corrupted.

Time for a clean re-Install. With all your 'stuff' backed up, a re-install of the OS is no problem.

During the years I've used Win-7, I've had to re-Install it several times, due to external forces, and to no fault of Win-7 itself. That's why I so vigorously suggest Backup! Backup! Backup!
