Solved Windows 7 (black screen with a cursor)

I find something new:
1. When I logged in the Black screen with cursor , I pick out the Mouse USB and reenter it, the cursor cant move anymore.
2. When I logged in the Black screen with cursor , I turn off the screen and turn it on again , the PC will restart .
3. After loading Windows start to Black Screen , there are NO any startup sound.

Correct the ACL permissions of the following key to the default permissions:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon

rewrite a REG_SZ string called Shell and set it to explorer.exe. even if its all ready explorer.exe .
